WHY WE DO THIS
When I was a kid, my family's house burned down. It was a heating fire, and I've never forgotten the smell of that smoke.
Years later, I was driving a tractor trailer when I learned how many house fires start with something as simple as a clogged dryer vent. I started researching it, and I couldn't let it go. If I could stop even one family from going through what mine did, it was worth it.
My first customer was Traditions at Brookhaven. They liked the way I worked, and 15 years later, I'm still taking care of them. One customer turned into more than 2,500.
We treat every home like it's our own family's, because to us, that's exactly what this is about.

John's daughter and his right hand. Tia leads jobs in the field and helps plan and lay out the work behind the scenes. Pollard's is a family business, and Tia is a big part of why it runs the way it does.
